Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art neural network architectures for next-gen Large Language Models.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput for high-volume cloud environments.
- Lead the research and integration of novel AI techniques, including reinforcement learning and self-supervised learning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure the scalability, security, and ethical integrity of AI systems.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers to maintain high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably with large-scale model deployment.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Strong background in statistics, linear algebra, and optimization algorithms.
