Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Lead the end-to-end design and implementation of scalable AI systems, including Neural Networks and Large Language Model (LLM) fine-tuning.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives to explore emerging technologies like Edge AI, Federated Learning, and Quantum Computing integration.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of senior engineers and data scientists in best practices for MLOps, model deployment, and code quality.
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define the technical vision for products launching in the 2026 timeframe, ensuring they meet rigorous security and performance standards.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and system design.
- Technical Stack: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and modern Cloud Infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Framework Mastery: Deep understanding of RAG architectures, Vector Databases, and MLOps pipelines.
