Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design robust, scalable, and secure AI infrastructure capable of handling next-generation workloads and real-time data processing.
- AGI Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for Artificial General Intelligence integration, focusing on reasoning, planning, and autonomous agent capabilities.
- R&D Oversight: Lead research initiatives into cutting-edge neural architectures, including Transformers, Graph Neural Networks, and reinforcement learning models.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of large-scale models, ensuring low latency, high throughput, and cost-effective inference.
- Ethical AI Governance: Implement frameworks to ensure AI systems are fair, transparent, and aligned with human values.
- Team Mentorship: Foster a culture of innovation by mentoring senior engineers and conducting technical workshops on advanced AI topics.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture and large-scale systems.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, C++, and major ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Cloud & Infrastructure: Proven experience designing systems on AWS, GCP, or Azure; proficiency with Kubernetes, Docker, and microservices architecture.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, unstructured problems and translate them into elegant technical solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
