Responsibilities

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to translate business requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay abreast of the latest breakthroughs in Deep Learning, NLP, and Computer Vision to integrate relevant advancements into our roadmap.
- Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and model training to deployment and monitoring.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
- Proven track record of designing systems that handle billions of requests per day.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong understanding of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model versioning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
