Responsibilities
- Design and implement the core architecture for the 2026 Neural Interface, ensuring low-latency data processing and high accuracy.
- Lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists in research and development of Generative AI models.
- Optimize existing models for deployment on edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers and hardware engineers.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model monitoring, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with 5+ years specifically in Machine Learning/AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Transformer architectures.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical strategy and mentor junior engineers.
