Responsibilities

- System Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant distributed systems capable of handling real-time neural network inference at scale.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee a team of researchers and developers, driving experiments in generative AI and predictive modeling.
- Technical Strategy: Translate high-level business goals into concrete technical milestones and deliverables for the 2026 timeline.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and designers to ensure technical feasibility and user-centric innovation.
- Talent Development: Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Proven ability to anticipate industry trends and define technical strategies for future horizons (e.g., 2026+).
