Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Strategic AI Roadmap, identifying key technological milestones and implementation dates.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning pipelines and large language model (LLM) integrations.
- Mentor a high-performing engineering team of data scientists and backend developers.
- Evaluate emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, Neuromorphic chips) for potential integration by 2026.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and compliance with global AI regulations.
- Present technical vision and progress to the executive board quarterly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering and at least 5 years in a Senior Architect or Lead role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Proven track record of deploying AI solutions that handle millions of requests per second.
- Experience with Generative AI models and fine-tuning techniques.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage diverse technical teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for executive-level presentations.
