Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Lead the architecture strategy for scalable, high-performance AI inference pipelines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous research to improve model accuracy, efficiency, and fairness.
- Define technical roadmaps aligned with the 2026 technology horizon.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Deep Learning principles.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale ML models into production environments.
- Experience with MLOps, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data orchestration.
