Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure and machine learning pipelines.
- Lead the architectural strategy for the "2026 Roadmap" initiatives.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in NLP, Computer Vision, and LLMs.
- Ensure data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and cloud architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Experience with MLOps and deploying models to production at scale.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
