Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for AI integration, setting long-term technical goals aligned with business objectives.
- Design Scalable Systems: Architect complex, distributed machine learning pipelines capable of handling high-volume data streams in real-time.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, conducting code reviews and architectural discussions to maintain high engineering standards.
- Model Optimization: Drive initiatives to reduce inference costs and improve model latency while maximizing accuracy.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Security & Compliance: Implement rigorous security protocols and ensure all AI systems adhere to industry regulations and ethical AI standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Senior AI/ML Architect or Lead Engineer role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Deep understanding of distributed systems (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
- Strategic Thinking: Proven track record of defining technical roadmaps and leading teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
