Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the architectural vision for AI integration, identifying key trends and technologies to implement by 2026.
- System Architecture: Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning infrastructure and data pipelines.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Guide a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with product and business units to translate complex AI concepts into actionable roadmaps.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and scalability bottlenecks before they impact production.
- Model Deployment: Oversee the transition of models from research to production environments using MLOps best practices.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in software engineering and at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Roadmap Experience: Proven track record of defining long-term technical roadmaps and delivering on future-state initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills, capable of explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve ambiguous, large-scale technical problems.
