Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Leadership: Define the comprehensive technical vision and architecture for AI integration by 2026, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performance neural network architectures.
- Team Mentorship: Lead a cross-functional team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Spearhead initiatives to optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for edge deployment and real-time inference.

Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
