Responsibilities
- Architect and design robust, scalable AI systems capable of handling enterprise-level data loads.
- Define the technical roadmap for AI integration, specifically targeting 2026 scalability standards.
- Lead a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate complex business requirements into advanced technical solutions.
- Ensure the security, privacy, and ethical use of AI models in all deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and multi-agent systems.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior AI/ML architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.
- Proven experience designing microservices and cloud-native AI architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
