Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure and pipelines for production environments.
- Lead architectural decisions for large-scale AI systems, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing models and algorithms for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and integrate relevant technologies into our stack.
- Document system architecture and ensure clear communication of technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering with a focus on AI/ML.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar machine learning frameworks.
- Strong proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying end-to-end machine learning solutions at scale.
- Experience with MLOps, data pipelines, and big data technologies (Spark, Kafka).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
