Responsibilities
- Architect and design the core infrastructure for the 2026 AI Initiative.
- Define technical standards and best practices for scalable machine learning systems.
- Lead a team of senior engineers in the development and deployment of state-of-the-art AI models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct code reviews, technical architecture reviews, and system performance tuning.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains competitive.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in a dynamic, ambiguous environment.
