Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable machine learning models for the 2026 infrastructure roadmap.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation neural networks and generative AI systems.
- Ensure ethical AI standards, data privacy, and bias mitigation in all deployed models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, and Security) to integrate AI solutions into core products.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation and technical excellence.
- Present technical roadmaps and architectural decisions to executive stakeholders.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a proven track record of leading large-scale projects.
- Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and modern deep learning frameworks.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP), and MLOps pipelines.
