Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 AI Roadmap: Lead the strategic vision for our AI infrastructure, identifying key trends and technologies that will dominate the 2026 landscape.
- Design Scalable Architectures: Design and implement robust, fault-tolerant distributed systems for large-scale machine learning and deep learning models.
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research into emerging paradigms such as Transformer optimizations, edge AI, and neuromorphic computing.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and optimization of production models, ensuring high performance, low latency, and minimal energy consumption.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into clear strategies for executive leadership and product management teams.
- AI Ethics & Compliance: Establish governance frameworks to ensure AI systems are transparent, fair, and compliant with evolving regulations.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years specifically focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Strong understanding of distributed computing (Kubernetes, Docker) and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects from concept to completion.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem Solving: Ability to solve ambiguous problems with creative, data-driven solutions.
