Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable machine learning systems aligned with the 2026 roadmap.
- Research and implement state-of-the-art algorithms in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Computer Vision.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of continuous innovation within the AI lab.
- Optimize model performance for high-volume edge devices and cloud infrastructure.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to translate technical requirements into robust AI solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging technologies and frameworks relevant to the 2026 era.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering or research, with a focus on deep learning.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Proven track record of deploying large-scale machine learning models in production environments.
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, optimization techniques, and MLOps.
