Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision for AI systems targeting the 2026 market landscape, including AGI readiness and quantum-augmented machine learning.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance machine learning pipelines and data lakes.
- Lead the research and integration of emerging technologies such as generative adversarial networks (GANs) and transformer models.
- Mentor senior engineers and guide technical strategy for cross-functional product teams.
- Ensure compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) in AI model training and deployment.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture and leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Spark).
- Strong understanding of deep learning architectures, NLP, and computer vision.
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of delivering complex AI products from conception to production.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
