Responsibilities
- System Architecture: Design and oversee the deployment of scalable, fault-tolerant machine learning infrastructure capable of handling exabytes of data.
- Research Implementation: Translate advanced academic research into production-ready models, specifically focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior architects and engineers, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize model latency and throughput to ensure real-time user experiences.
- Strategic Planning: Define the technical roadmap for AI integration across all product lines, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to define technical requirements and drive innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architect or lead technical role.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; experience with distributed computing frameworks (Spark, Kubeflow).
- Infrastructure: Strong understanding of cloud architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex, large-scale technical challenges in high-pressure environments.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
