Responsibilities
- Architect and implement state-of-the-art Machine Learning and Deep Learning models aligned with the 2026 standard.
- Optimize inference pipelines and large-scale model deployment for high-throughput environments.
- Pioneering research in Generative AI, Reinforcement Learning, and Autonomous Agents.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to integrate AI capabilities into core products.
- Establish best practices for model safety, explainability, and ethical AI usage.
- Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence within the AI research division.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a focus on LLMs and Generative AI.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Strong experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience in publishing research or contributing to open-source AI projects.
