Responsibilities
- Architect and implement robust 2D rendering solutions using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance to ensure 60fps animations across all devices and browsers.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to realize complex interactive prototypes into production code.
- Maintain and refactor legacy codebases to improve maintainability, scalability, and performance.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and mentor junior developers on best practices and advanced techniques.
- Stay updated on emerging web standards and incorporate them into our technical stack.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development, with a specific focus on 2D graphics and animations.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong understanding of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and requestAnimationFrame.
- Experience with performance profiling, optimization techniques, and debugging rendering issues.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
