Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-quality 2D animation sequences for digital campaigns, commercials, and brand content.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator) to create fluid, engaging motion graphics.
- Collaborate closely with the art direction team to ensure visual consistency and alignment with brand guidelines.
- Refine animations through rigorous review processes, including timing, spacing, and character performance.
- Mentor junior animators and provide constructive feedback to foster team growth and skill development.
- Manage project timelines effectively to deliver high-fidelity assets under tight deadlines.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or related fields.
- Proven portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in character animation, 2D rigging, and motion design.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of animation principles (timing, squash and stretch, anticipation, follow-through).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative concepts to a diverse team.
- Experience with version control and asset management workflows.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced studio environment.
