We are looking for a visionary Senior 2D Animator to lead our motion graphics team. In this pivotal role, you will translate complex concepts into fluid, engaging visual narratives that captivate our global audience. You will work closely with art directors and developers to ensure high-fidelity deliverables across web and mobile platforms.

Responsibilities
- Conceptualization: Collaborate with the creative team to develop storyboards and animation concepts that align with brand guidelines and project goals.
- Production: Produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects using industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Optimization: Ensure all animations are optimized for performance and load times on various devices and screen sizes.
- Feedback: Receive and implement constructive feedback from stakeholders to refine animations and improve overall quality.
- Mentorship: Guide junior animators and provide technical support to the wider design team.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in 2D animation, motion graphics, or a related field.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Portfolio: A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating your ability to handle various animation styles and pacing.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
