Responsibilities
- Lead Architecture Strategy: Define and oversee the technical vision and roadmap for the 2026 platform, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- System Design: Design robust, scalable, and secure microservices architectures capable of handling enterprise-grade workloads.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor senior engineers and architects, conducting code reviews and establishing coding standards.
- Cloud Infrastructure: Architect and optimize cloud deployments (AWS/Azure) to ensure high availability and cost-efficiency.
- Innovation: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., quantum-ready algorithms, advanced LLMs) into the core stack.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Bridge the gap between technical teams and executive leadership to communicate complex technical concepts clearly.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep expertise in system design patterns, distributed systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Programming: Proficiency in Python, Java, or Go, with a strong understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Project Management: Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
