Qualifications
- 10+ Years of Experience: Proven track record as a Technical Lead, Architect, or Engineering Manager in high-growth tech environments.
- Future-Forward Expertise: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks, Blockchain/Web3 protocols, and Cloud-native architectures.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to forecast industry trends and translate them into long-term technical strategies.
