Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive roadmap for the 2026 strategic initiatives, aligning closely with executive leadership.
- Lead cross-functional teams comprising engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate progress through high-level reporting and presentations.
- Identify and mitigate risks across all project phases to ensure on-time delivery.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency and drive business growth.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success and drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in Program or Project Management within a fast-paced technology environment.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale strategic initiatives.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to navigate ambiguity in a rapidly changing landscape.
- Experience in strategic planning and long-term vision setting.
