Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for the 2026 product suite, aligning business goals with technical feasibility.
- Lead cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Marketing) to deliver high-impact features on schedule.
- Conduct deep market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive data-informed decision-making processes.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer, translating user needs into actionable product requirements.
- Mentor junior product managers and foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably in tech or high-growth startups.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies, specifically AI, Machine Learning, or Quantum Computing.
- Demonstrated experience in leading products from concept to launch.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
