- Futurism & Innovation: Research and analyze emerging technologies (AI, Quantum, AR/VR) to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Strategic Planning: Translate complex technological visions into actionable, executable plans for cross-functional engineering and product teams.
- Stakeholder Leadership: Communicate complex strategies to executive leadership and board members, ensuring buy-in and alignment.
- Risk Management: Assess the long-term risks and benefits of new tech initiatives and develop mitigation strategies.
- Talent & Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, mentoring junior strategists and driving professional development.
- Market Analysis: Conduct deep-dive analyses of competitor technology stacks and future market shifts.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology management, or product management within a high-growth tech environment.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think beyond current trends and identify viable future technologies.
- Leadership: Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing high-level stakeholder relationships.
- Technical Acumen: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Computing, and emerging tech trends relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
