Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof AI Systems: Design and implement scalable machine learning models capable of operating in high-stakes, unpredictable environments characteristic of the 2026 era.
- Lead Research & Development: Spearhead internal research initiatives to pioneer new algorithms in neural architecture search and generative synthetic data.
- Optimize for 2026 Standards: Ensure all systems are built with quantum-ready architectures and ultra-low latency communication protocols.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, security experts, and hardware engineers to integrate AI solutions seamlessly into physical and digital infrastructures.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and AI researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Code Review & Best Practices: Establish and enforce rigorous coding standards and architectural guidelines for the entire engineering department.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and Rust. Experience with Quantum Computing frameworks (e.g., Cirq, Qiskit) is highly desirable.
- Architecture: Proven track record of designing distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Innovation: A demonstrated ability to think creatively and solve complex, ambiguous problems.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
