Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor to ensure a high-quality shopping experience.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, including handling cash, credit cards, and returns.
- Restock merchandise on shelves and counters to maintain optimal product availability and store appearance.
- Assist in organizing the stockroom and ensuring the sales floor is clean, safe, and organized at all times.
- Answer customer inquiries regarding product availability, pricing, and store policies with patience and accuracy.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
- Perform basic store maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and organizing fitting rooms.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required (we train the right candidates).
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customer groups.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn POS systems quickly.
- Reliable transportation is required.
