Responsibilities
- Deliver patient care in fast-paced cardiac ICU/Stepdown unit
- Administer medications and IV therapies per protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on treatment plans
- Document patient progress in electronic health records
- Maintain strict infection control standards
- Provide patient/family education on cardiac conditions
- Participate in rapid response team activations
Qualifications
- Active OH RN license (required)
- BLS/ACLS certifications (mandatory)
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- BSN preferred (ADN accepted with experience)
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Ability to handle high-stress situations
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
