Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical-surgical cases
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and regulatory standards

Qualifications
- Active WI RN license (or compact license eligible for WI)
- BSN degree preferred (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- 1+ years recent acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and clinical decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for patient advocacy and continuous learning
