Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of scalable quantum circuits and hybrid quantum-classical algorithms.
- Optimize quantum error correction protocols to ensure system stability and reliability for commercial deployment.
- Collaborate with hardware engineering teams to define quantum interface standards and communication protocols.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and researchers in advanced quantum programming and simulation techniques.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and technical assessments to maintain the highest standards of engineering excellence.
- Stay ahead of global quantum computing trends to integrate emerging technologies into our roadmap.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on Quantum Mechanics.
- Extensive experience with quantum programming frameworks such as Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane.
- Deep proficiency in Python, C++, and GPU acceleration libraries (CUDA, OpenCL).
- Strong understanding of linear algebra, complex analysis, and quantum information theory.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex technical projects from conception to deployment.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex quantum concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
