Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing or advanced technology strategy
- Deep expertise in quantum algorithms, error correction, and hardware
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies
- Exceptional communication skills for translating quantum concepts
- Experience managing technical teams and $1M+ budgets
- Prior work with quantum cloud platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, D-Wave)
