Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Develop error-correction techniques to advance quantum decoherence mitigation
- Collaborate on quantum hardware integration projects with engineering teams
- Lead research initiatives focused on quantum machine learning applications
- Publish findings in leading scientific journals and present at international conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Demonstrated ability to publish peer-reviewed quantum research
- Expertise in quantum algorithm design and complexity analysis
- Experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Quantum, Rigetti, etc.)
- Strong collaborative skills and ability to communicate complex concepts
