Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for 2026-era computing challenges
- Lead experimental quantum computing projects using superconducting qubits and photonic systems
- Collaborate with AI teams to develop quantum-machine learning hybrid models
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature/Science journals
- Present findings at global quantum technology summits
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum error correction techniques
- Drive patent development for quantum encryption and communication protocols
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years hands-on experience with quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, etc.)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum information theory
- Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum circuit design
- Demonstrated understanding of quantum decoherence mitigation strategies
- Experience with high-performance computing clusters
- Strong background in linear algebra and complex analysis
