Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization, cryptography, and machine learning applications
- Develop error-correction protocols and quantum hardware architectures to achieve fault-tolerant computing
- Lead collaborative research projects with academic institutions and industry partners
- Publish breakthrough findings in top-tier journals (Nature, Science, Physical Review X)
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to our open-source quantum software ecosystem
- Translate theoretical research into practical applications for finance, healthcare, and logistics
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or related field with 3+ years of industry experience
- Expertise in quantum circuit design, quantum algorithms, and quantum error correction
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, PennyLane)
- Strong publication record in quantum computing or condensed matter physics
- Demonstrated experience with quantum hardware platforms (IBM Q, Rigetti, IonQ)
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
