Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant computing

- Lead experimental validation of quantum supremacy claims using 2026-era hardware
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum-resistant cryptography standards
- Mentor PhD candidates in quantum information theory
- Secure $2M+ in NSF and DARPA research grants
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (2019-2024 graduates preferred)
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals (Nature/Science/PRX)
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum assembly languages
- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems or photonic quantum processors
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and decoherence mitigation
