Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Lead cross-functional teams in quantum hardware-software integration

- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security standards
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent proprietary quantum methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or Quantum Information Science
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing experience with Qiskit/Cirq
- Published research in quantum algorithms or error correction
- Expertise in linear algebra and quantum circuit design
- Strong Python/C++ proficiency with high-performance computing background
