Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for complex computational problems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop quantum software solutions

Qualifications
- PhD in Physics, Computer Science, or related field with quantum focus
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Proficiency in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Strong background in linear algebra, quantum mechanics, and information theory
- Experience with quantum simulation software and hardware platforms
- Track record of publications in quantum computing or related fields
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in collaborative environments
