- Publish peer-reviewed research in Nature/Science journals with 3+ annual publications
- Mentor PhD researchers and secure $2M+ in annual research grants
- Partner with defense and healthcare sectors to deploy quantum security protocols
- Present breakthrough findings at global quantum computing summits
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field with 5+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
- Published research in top-tier journals with 20+ citations
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, or quantum circuit simulation tools
- Track record of securing NSF/DARPA grants or corporate R&D funding
- Experience with quantum machine learning and variational algorithms
