Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum algorithms for optimization and simulation

- Secure $5M+ in government/private research funding
- Mentor PhD candidates and postdoctoral researchers

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum computing research experience
- Published work in Nature/Science/Physical Review X

- Experience with cryogenic quantum systems and qubit control
