- Publish breakthrough findings in Nature/Science journals and present at quantum computing conferences

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science with 3+ years industry experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Qiskit, Cirq, Q#) and simulation frameworks
- Proven track record of quantum algorithm development with peer-reviewed publications
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault-tolerant architectures
