Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel quantum algorithms for complex optimization problems
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing quantum-resistant cryptographic protocols
- Publish groundbreaking research in peer-reviewed journals and industry whitepapers
- Develop error-correction frameworks for scalable quantum computing systems
- Mentor junior researchers and quantum engineering interns
- Collaborate with government agencies on quantum security initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Proficiency with Q#, Qiskit, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Publication record in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Deep understanding of quantum entanglement and superposition principles
- Experience with quantum hardware integration (e.g., IBM Quantum, Rigetti)
- Strong background in machine learning and AI optimization techniques
