What You'll Achieve:

Responsibilities
- Develop novel quantum algorithms for optimization and machine learning
- Model quantum error correction protocols for fault-tolerant systems
- Collaborate with hardware engineers to integrate quantum-classical interfaces
- Secure $2M+ in NSF grants for quantum computing research
- Present findings at QIP and IEEE Quantum Week conferences
- Lead cross-functional teams in implementing quantum solutions
- Patent breakthrough quantum encryption methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development
- Expertise in Qiskit, Cirq, or Q# frameworks
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience with superconducting qubit architectures
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum information theory
- Proven ability to secure federal research funding
