Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for practical applications in finance and healthcare
- Design error-correction frameworks achieving fault-tolerant quantum systems

- Secure $5M+ in government/industry grants for quantum initiatives
- Mentor PhD researchers and patent novel quantum architectures
- Present findings at quantum computing conferences worldwide
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years of quantum computing research experience
- Published work in quantum error correction or algorithms
- Expertise in quantum circuit design and simulation tools
- Strong background in linear algebra and quantum mechanics
- Experience managing research teams and grant applications
- Proficiency in Python/C++ with quantum frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Track record of translating theory to practical implementations
