- Publish 3+ peer-reviewed papers in Nature/Science annually
- Develop commercial applications for quantum advantage in logistics
- Collaborate with international research institutions on standardization
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field
- 5+ years experience with quantum circuit design (Qiskit/Cirq)
- Proven track record of securing federal research funding
- Expertise in quantum error correction techniques
- Published research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Experience leading technical teams of 10+ researchers
- Strong background in cryogenic systems and quantum hardware
