Responsibilities
- Design quantum algorithms for commercial applications
- Lead 15-person research team across 3 continents
- Develop error-correction protocols for scalable quantum systems
- Secure $2M+ annual R&D funding through grant proposals
- Partner with NASA and DARPA on classified projects
- Publish findings in Nature Physics and IEEE journals
- Present breakthroughs at Davos and World Economic Forums
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics or Computer Science
- 5+ years quantum algorithm development experience
- Published 15+ peer-reviewed papers in top-tier journals
- Expertise in superconducting qubit architectures
- Track record of securing government research grants
- Proficiency in Qiskit, Cirq, and Q# frameworks
- Active DOE QSA clearance preferred
