Responsibilities
- Lead development of fault-tolerant quantum computing architectures for 2026 deployment
- Design hybrid quantum-classical systems to solve previously unsolvable computational problems
- Collaborate with quantum hardware teams to optimize qubit coherence and error correction
- Establish quantum security protocols for post-quantum cryptography standards
- Drive innovation in quantum machine learning algorithms for enterprise applications
- Present architectural blueprints to C-suite executives and industry consortiums
- Mentor junior quantum engineers in cutting-edge research methodologies
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Physics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in quantum computing architecture with published research papers
- Expertise in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant design
- Proficiency with quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum supremacy challenges and 2026 roadmap
- Proven track record of scaling quantum systems to 1000+ qubits
- Experience with cloud quantum platforms (AWS Braket, IBM Quantum)
